It’s definitely sticky. I use this on my artificial nails with regular polish so i can switch up whenever i want to. Works best when you rough up the nail surface a little bit.

Been using this for years. Really grabs whatever you put on top of it. I use press ons and this bonder is my base coat under the tabs for longer wear.
