Shipping and Returns Policy
OrlyBeauty.com will strive to process and ship your goods within 2-3 business
days of receiving your order. Shipping times are approximate and
may vary for reasons beyond ORLY's control including demand exceeding
availability. Except as provided below, our standard shipping policy
applies.
Shipping Details
We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend
day or national holiday it will be processed and shipped the next
business day. We do not ship on holidays. All items will be shipped
via UPS Standard Ground (with the exception of military orders which
will be sent via Parcel Post). Please note that a physical address
is required for all UPS shipments. UPS will not deliver to a PO
box. Standard Ground Shipping Schedules - UPS (HI, AK, PR and APO/FPO
ship parcel post - No Saturday Delivery Service to Hawaii.) (Shipping
times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.)
Product Availability
ORLY always tries to ship your order completely. Sometimes,
an item becomes unavailable. If this happens while we're processing
your order, we'll let you know by sending you an email. We'll process
and deliver the rest of your order and then send you another shipment
with the backordered item(s) as soon as possible. |
